CONCEPT NOTE : The installation is a satire to the ever growing construction and use of plastic. It forms an artificial tree structure of sorts which is open to  interpretation wherein the central idea about provocating thoughts on sustainability remains. The tree like installation constitutes of a brown board brut architectured inspired cube structures that are metaphorical for overuse of construction materials.
The installation was very challenging and got me working out of my comfort zone. Early on in the process of ideation, I was able to identify my strengths and systematically built upon them. The challenging part was the materials that had to be worked with and for that I explored many materials before freezing on board, plastic, and bamboo as materials which worked very well. Once I was clear in my head about what had to be done I was very thorough in her process, systematic in the way I tackled making the work which became a unique installation and proportionately well resolved. I experimented with laser cutting techniques and learned about various properties of bamboo while working on the installation.
